getenv-0.1.2 (UNIX tar.bz2, 8.1K) -- write a value from the environment to the standard output ( DESCR, INSTALL, INSTALL.BSD, LICENSE, NEWS, README, REQUIRES, manual page, tree ).

The getenv utility writes the value of an environment variable name to the standard output.
getenv.sa-0.2.2 (UNIX tar.gz, 6.4K) -- retrieve a value from the environment ( CHANGES, DESCR, INSTALL, INSTALL.BSD, LICENSE, NEWS, README, manual page, tree ) [DEPRECATED].

The getenv.sa utility writes the value of an environment variable to the standard output. A terminating newline is not written.
objmk-0.2.8 (UNIX tar.bz2, 12K) -- source/object file name handling ( CHANGES, DESCR, INSTALL, INSTALL.BSD, LICENSE, NEWS, README, REQUIRES, manual page, tree ).

The objmk utility reads a list of C source files from the standard input, and writes a set and writes a set of corresponding make(1) rules to compile them to the standard output. Empty input lines are ignored.

Listed here are some potentially useful links for users of the above (and other!) software.

The NetBSD Operating System: pretty good OS, and the Korax Project standard until NetNIX reaches uncritical mass (i.e., any mass at all).
pkgsrc, the NetBSD Packages Collection: very reasonable xenopackage build and control system, although somewhat stubborn to extraordinarily cooperative packages (like Korax ones :^).
The Z Shell: powerful extensible shell, and the current (Mon Mar 10 14:05:49 UTC 2008) focus of shext.
